All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways ( licensed payment processors). Viswakatha does not store your payment card or banking details.
Your purchase is confirmed only upon successful payment. In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be processed and no amount will be deducted. If an amount is deducted but the order is not fulfilled, please contact us within 7 days.
Our products are available in different categories, including digital downloads delivered immediately upon payment, books, activity kits and other educational materials/workshops.
For digital downloads, refunds are generally not offered once the download has been initiated or delivered.
Exceptions are considered in the following circumstances:
For physical products like books or kits, refunds may be considered for damaged items or shipping errors, but not for reasons such as "child did not like the product" or "changed my mind". Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if you believe you are eligible for a refund.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download a ZIP file/PDF file containing the activity sheets for the selected week and age group. This file is made available via a download link which may be hosted on Google Drive or another file hosting service.
